TO A MOVEMENT.
It started with a Rice Krispies treat and a simple question: what happens to all this plastic? That question led me to TerraCycle and a project to educate, take action, and inspire change at my school and beyond.

As we made and sold candy sushi, with Rice Krispies, I saw how much plastic packaging we were throwing away.

BRINGING TERRACYCLE TO MY SCHOOL
TURNING IDEA INTO ACTION.
I brought TerraCycle to my school to collect hard-to-recycle plastics like snack wrappers. Our collection boxes make it easy for students to participate, and the materials are sent to be recycled into new products instead of going to landfills.
